Formation of Partnership

  • The members of the organization who accept that they a member of the organization shall be declared the assembly of MOF. They shall fulfill their responsibility of developing children and families and shall agree to be governed by the policies of MOF everywhere in the world.
  • The assemblies shall be established by the committee together with international coordinator to facilitate the sponsorship and the development of the children/families for the purpose of fulfilling Jesus Ministry.
  • The assembly has the right and power to choose its own ministry, to elect its officers except the director, to solicit administrator funds for support of MOF and to discipline its members and to transact all business pertaining to the goals of MOF.
  • The assembly shall be in cooperative service with the executive committee of the organization. It shall perform its part in supporting the executive and development work and other responsibilities as determined by the general executive committee of the MOF.

Qualification of Partnership

  • One that meets all the financial obligation in providing a place of service (office) and its operation and adequate support of children /organization.
  • Shall be able to maintain standards of discipline and doctrine over its members.
  • Such assemblies that meet conditions shall be recognized as branches and shall be under the direct supervision of the executive director and the international coordinator.
  • The president of the established branch shall be appointed from the office by the organization committee after consultation about the aims and objectives of the branch.
  • A letter of acceptance signed by the director and the international relations coordinator (IRC) shall be issued and can be withdrawn if the branch fails to meet the standards.
